Beaumaris

A side by side townhouse project developed, designed and built by our company Northbay Constructions.
My husband and I worked closely together to create these two homes with a view of offering potential buyers an
alternative to the mainstream designs on the market.

All materials, furnishings and interior design was part of the master plan and selected to work perfectly together
from the outset to bring the most out of the project .

The homes feature a unique mix of curves circles and straight plains complimented by timber and expressed
jointed Aluminium cladding.
